As No. 2 editor on the masthead, oversaw section editors and junior editors to create high-impact, service-driven copy for both bimonthly magazines; shaped editorial vision and feature lineups; top-edited every page; planned annual editorial calendar; developed digital extensions and strategy with deputy digital editor; edited cover stories and health and lifestyle features; coordinated with creative director, photo editor, and designers on photo shoot direction and layouts; assisted in relaunch and rebranding of both publications, after which Fit Pregnancy experienced a 44% jump in YOY total audience; served as editor-in-chief during manager’s 12-week maternity leave.
